Before we begin
Portfolio presents your experience and projects; DAVALON makes the small monthly update. Self-managed website lets you manage content, a menu or catalogue, posts and a calendar. Website + automation connects selected, expressly quoted features.
Your activity or profession, goal and contact details. A logo, CV, photos or references are optional for the proposal: one first-screen image and three notes, via a private link on an agreed date. Development is contracted after confirming scope, price and terms.
In your name, with DAVALON helping with setup and verification. All three plans include a standard domain; Business website includes one mailbox and Management, two. Portfolio email is by separate agreement on request; we prefer an account you control and independent recovery access.
Cancel renewal from Payments. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps the service available until the paid period ends. If you cancel before the subscription starts, the first monthly payment is not charged. A pending request is not a confirmed cancellation: check the status and effective date in Payments. The domain is in the client’s name and DAVALON facilitates its transfer. On exit, the client’s own content and the specific files of the paid website are delivered, subject to applicable third-party licences. The shared DAVALON portal and internal tools are excluded.
Portfolio: one small content request per month, taking up to 15 minutes, for text, photos or links within the existing design. Unused time does not roll over. Business: 30 minutes of small content changes each month, with no rollover. You can manage the content available in your panel. New features and redesigns are quoted separately. Premium support and modules are specified in the quote; no unlimited allowance or unapproved minutes are promised. First response within a maximum of two business days. This is not a resolution deadline or a promise of immediate attention or regular weekend work.
Portfolio: USD 60 construction + USD 15/month, with no mailbox included. The first monthly payment starts one calendar month after confirmed launch. There is no monthly charge at launch. Contractual billing dates are stated in UTC, at the same time; if that day does not exist in the target month, the last day of that month is used. The quote identifies the amount and applicable schedule before you accept it.
